The fact that they took the time to do something like that for the tenth anniversary of Bleach is just kinda cool, and different cinematics are usually reserved for movie promotions, as well as when Bleach did it with their third ending, Houki Boshi by Younha. If you’re opposed to Bleach spoilers, only watch the first one or two versions. While version one through nine are nostalgia bombs for me, the tenth one onwards has quite a few spoilers. The main reason for this is to allow for a different cinematic to play for each episode, with each version focusing on a different character and arc of the series. One of the things that draws me to both Bleach and this particular song is the fact that it only ran for 13 episodes. I’ll tell you what it is, it’s a beautiful song. A lot of people joke around that it’s probably just a Bleach version of Naruto’s Haruka Kanata, which is its second opening, but Unlimits has a completely different style than Asian Kung-Fu Generation, so just shut up and enjoy the song for what it is, and not what it isn’t. The remind me a lot of Bleach’s 13th opening, Ranbu no Melody/Wild Dance Melody by SID. I think one of the things I like best about Haruka Kanata is the awesome guitar riffs it has. But as long as it keeps having awesome music like this, I’ll keep coming back every time. A lot of people say that Bleach has lost its way in terms of plot, and they’re probably right.
